Returns And Exchanges

Damaged order:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with images of your item and we will replace your order.

Unhappy with product(s):

If you receive your order and you are not happy with it, returns are accepted but we cannot refund postage or cover postage fees for the return.

We will process the refund for the items upon receiving the returned items.

Order processing time 

After you place an order it will typically be with you in 2-5 working days.

Please note, if any items are damaged upon returning them to us, we will be unable to process a refund for these items.
